Total Internship Management Outsourced Services

Staffing We work closely with managers in Human Resources and throughout the organization in order to accurately identify and clearly define the intentions for and expectations of the internship program. We aid in the creation of job descriptions for the internship program, and coordinate the recruiting process with targeted universities – often a tedious and lengthy process. We then screen the applications of candidates and provide assistance with the interview and selection processes.

Orientation We have the experience of working with thousands of interns and hundreds of companies. We therefore offer orientation services in order to assist with students’ transitions into their work environments by providing an understanding of the process and the expectations of their employers.
