In an effort to further support Temple University seniors who were seeking employment in this challenging job market, the Career Center organized a new program initiative - Senior Job Search Strategy Sessions. During these sessions, seniors rotated through various job search skill stations where they learned and practiced networking and interview skills, received instant feedback on their resumes and gained knowledge of important on-line resources. Nine employer partners and Career Center staff led these stations and, upon attending the event, graduating seniors earned their Senior Success Portfolios. The portfolios provided students with a “tool kit” to assist them in conducting organized and effective job searches.
