About The Program Return To The Archive Index

The current recession is forcing every organization to examine and review everything about how it does business.

Often, the human resources organization and its related programs and efforts become an easy target.  This is particularly true when it comes to talent management and more specifically, entry talent.  If firms are considering reductions in force, hiring freezes, etc. it makes it pretty tough to argue the importance of internship programs and full-time entry talent development programs.  We need to look no further than recent data released from NACE to realize that many large organizations are choosing to scale-back both their internship hiring (down 21%) and hiring of recent college grads (down 22%).  What does this mean for you and your company?  How can you take efforts to keep your entry talent program viable now and into the future?  Intern Bridge is excited to welcome Dave Cofer for this engaging webinar.  Dave is the President and Founder of Cofer Consulting Solutions, LLC a firm specializing in attracting, developing and retaining young professionals.

Improving the performance of an organization through its people.  This has been the theme of Dave Cofer’s entire career.  Dave brings a perspective well balanced in its valuing of people as any company’s primary competitive advantage while appreciating the need to align with the profitability and productivity of that same business.  This session will definitely provide participants with new and innovative thoughts on ensuring that their entry talent programs are designed to do both.
