About The Presenter:
Nancy Mikkelsen is a consultant and trainer working with clients on leadership development, networking and management coaching skills. Nancy is passionate about helping others develop into great leaders. She has worked with clients in multiple industries including higher education, the Federal Reserve Bank as well as various nonprofit organizations. In her 25 year career as a training professional, Nancy also spent 10 years as Director of Education for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) directing their professional education efforts working with colleges and Fortune 500 employers involved in college recruiting.
