This presentation will examine the U.S. visa process for international interns by providing an overview of the J visa, which is one of the most common designations used for internship programs. Participants will walk through the visa requirements and application procedure, compare the pros and cons of the J visa with other possible options, and utilize case examples in order to gain a better understanding of the implications for both the intern and the employer.
