This webinar is a practical introductory session covering the non-profit field of career coaching college students.
Career coaches at the college level target clients that are current students who wish to find their ideal career path, improve their work satisfaction, wish to change jobs, or successfully make a career change. The difference from career counseling is that instead of relying on standardized tests and analysis coaching enables clients to discover their own answers in a self-discovery decision making process. Clients can best answer their own questions to career success with the guidance of career based coaching. Through your career coaching style you will see the client’s confidence, courage, and excitement all grow as these answers are unveiled through personal discovery.
