Dr. Robert Shindell
President & CEO

Dr. Shindell has spent two decades in the career services and hiring space. He’s the principal investigator of the National Internship & Co-op Study, and is one of the most sought-after speakers and thought leaders in the country on internship management, entry-level hiring, and collegiate career services effectiveness. He’s the President and CEO of Intern Bridge, and has presented his Total Internship Management workshops to over 4.800 employers across the country.

Dr. Shindell’s research and opinions are often quoted in the New York Times, The Chronicle of Higher Education, The Washington Post, Inside Higher Ed and many more. He has worked with thousands of employers and higher education career centers in developing successful experiential education experiences for employers through both live and virtual presentations.

Dr. Shindell earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University a master’s degree in training and development from Midwestern State University, and a bachelor’s degree in education from The University of Toledo.

Dennis SweitzerDennis Sweitzer, PhD
Statistical Consultant

Dennis is an accomplished statistician with over 20 years of experience in all phases of pharmaceutical development, from pre-clinical to market research. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from University of Delaware. He spent 14 years as a Principal Statistician for AstraZeneca pharmaceutical, mostly designing, analyzing and interpreting Phase II to IV clinical trials, plus simulation support for designing & managing clinical trials, and supporting Health Economics & Outcomes research. He is a member of the American Statistical Association (ASA), and has served the Delaware Chapter of the ASA as President, Vice president, Secretary, and Treasurer. He was also the Co-chair of the April 2007 Spring Symposium, Applications of Statistical Modeling and Simulation.

Dan Berger

Dan Berger holds a B.A. in English and a degree in Color Theory from UCLA. He has worked on numerous high-profile national marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Dan has over 18 years of experience as a corporate, agency and freelance designer. His work at Intern Bridge involves the design and layout of publications and marketing materials (including books, white papers, flyers and postcards.)
